ASTRA : Work-Earn-Learn-Succeed (WELS) Model
It is the model that will provide a platform to you with employable skills, to gain first-hand experience while you are still pursuing your management training (Certificate or Diploma) and to be paid a stipend too, as in an internship. In this model, along with the classroom sessions, the students undergo extensive practical sessions, as a part of On-the-Job training at the partner Industry.
At the end of the course, you may be employed by the same company or free to join the same company or you may choose to join any other company of their choice.
Under "Work-Earn-Learn-Succeed “model, a student has to attend classroom sessions one day/ two days in a week, while for the balance of the working week (five days) the student would be exposed to the industry operations.
